About Us

In June 1996, Gene & Scott Van Binsbergen formed a father and son partnership. Their idea was to establish an insurance and real estate office in the Montevideo area.

Through the development of their business they entered into property management for one apartment building. Today our office manages several apartment buildings, servicing hundreds of units in central and southwest Minnesota. We also operate a real estate brokerage.

From simple beginnings of a two-person partnership operation, the business is growing and has 47 full-time and part-time employees.

It is our goal to continue to expand in all areas of our operation. We are proud of our staff and their abilities to service our clients and tenants.
