Certified Occupancy Specialist
Responsible for tenant screening and application processing. Maintains compliance with government regulations and contractual stipulations. Meets all requirements for initial tenant certification. Deals with tenant issues and specializes in tenant move ins.
Certified Recertification Specialist
Completes and maintains annual recertifications for all tenants. Verifies ongoing compliance with government regulations.
Oversees all maintenance for the property and supervises caretaking staff. Obtains bids for needed projects and works directly with all contractors for the properties. Deals with tenant issues and specializes in tenant move outs.
Tracks project revenue and monitors tenant accounts. Initiates late fees and rent collection letters.
Manages the input of rental payments and monitors all outgoing payments from property accounts. Maintains accounts and banking transactions for property.
Works directly with property coordinator regarding all maintenance issues and occupancy specialist for all tenant issues.
Conducts exterior and interior inspection of property. Reports conditions and advises on upcoming maintenance.
