Founded in 1996, by father and son, Gene and Scott Van Binsbergen, Van Binsbergen & Associates, Inc. has grown from an insurance and realty office in Montevideo, MN to a business dedicated to providing affordable housing opportunities across five states. Starting with just one apartment building in Minnesota, with their determination, commitment to exceptional service, strong company values, and knowledgeable staff, their property management has been able to thrive in the competitive rental industry.
