Current Positions
Apartment Complex Maintenance Technician– Renville, MN & Surrounding Communities
Duties include:
- – Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting and repairing general apartment complex issues.
- – Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- – Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants in a timely and professional manner.
- -Clean and maintain common areas on a weekly basis.
- – Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts inventory.
- – Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
- – Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- – Conduct Move-In and Move-Out Unit Inspections
- -Turn units promptly upon tenant move-out, including cleaning, painting, and necessary repairs.
- Qualifications
- – Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing equipment found in apartment complexes.
- – Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- – Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- – Excellent leadership, communication, and attention to detail skills.
- – Customer service-oriented mindset when interacting with staff and tenants.
- – Familiarity with electrical systems and ability to perform basic electrical repairs.
- -Familiarity with plumbing and ability to perform basic plumbing repairs.
