Rent is based on 30% gross monthly household income. Heat, water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent. Other amenities include off-street parking, on-site laundry, lawncare, and snow removal. Rental Assistance may be available for qualified applicants. Income guidelines apply for residence qualification.
In the summer of 2024, multiple apartments were newly renovated, and in 2025 the remaining apartments along with the common areas and exterior of the property will be renovated! Tenants will not be required to move during the renovation. It is estimated that each apartment will only be disrupted for a 2-week period.

A non-refundable $25 per adult application fee is required. For all adult household members, verification of Social Security number (Social Security card, signed Taxes, etc…) and date of birth (photo ID or birth certificate) must be provided. For all applicants under the age of 18, verification of Social Security number (Social Security card) must be provided. All applicants who are not US Citizens will also need to provide immigration documentation.
