The City of Waseca requires a separate City of Waseca background check for all adult applicants. The background check fee is an additional $15/adult and can be paid along with the Van Binsbergen application fee of $25/adult. Applicants can also choose to go directly to the Waseca Police Department, pay the $15/adult fee, and request the background check results be sent to us.

For all adult household members, verification of Social Security number (Social Security card, signed Taxes, etc…) and date of birth (photo ID or birth certificate) must be provided. For all applicants under the age of 18, verification of Social Security number (Social Security card) must be provided. All applicants who are not US Citizens will also need to provide immigration documentation.
